ME has conducted over two hundred Environmental Management System (EMS) and process assessments at industrial plants ranging over forty states, England, France, and Poland.  ME offers customer solution-driven services that include modular Computer Based Training (CBT) and report tracking packages specific to the customers' processes and activities.  ME identifies, then updates or creates plant-specific, regulatory-driven plans, reports and related training that are mandatory to environmental compliance.   Examples include Hazardous Waste, Oil Contingency and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, or annual SARA 311/312/313 (Tier I/II & Form R),  CERCLA (Continuous Release), or Hazardous Waste Reports.  ME provides on-site training courses to satisfy annual permit or regulatory driven requirements, and many others.  ME experience base consists of over ten years of engineering consulting in EPA/state/local level environmental regulatory compliance, computer and electronic sensor technology research and development, process control and optimization, and digital infrared  videography/photography.
